How do I make a return?
To return your item(s), follow these steps:

You may return your item(s) using any postal service of your choice. Please include a copy of your order in the package.
We recommend using insured shipping and keeping your receipt until your return is processed.
ULTRAPINK.com is not responsible for lost, damaged, or missing packages in transit.
How do I make an exchange?

Our customer service team will assist you with the exchange process. You will be charged for the new item(s) and shipping.

Return the item(s) you want to exchange by following the return steps above.

Sign in to your account, then select My Orders from the My Account dropdown.

Locate the order containing the item(s) you wish to return and follow the prompts to initiate your return.

Print your Return Form or write your order number on a slip of paper and include it in your return package.

No waiting! Your new items will be shipped promptly after you contact customer service. Once we receive and process your return, we’ll email you a refund notification.
Do I have to pay for my new exchange now?
Yes. To make exchanges fast and easy, you can email us at shop.ultrapink@gmail.com or click here to navigate your order and choose the item you’d like to receive.
Once your exchange order is created, you’ll be asked to provide a payment method. After payment is made, your order will be processed and shipped.
When we receive your return, you will be refunded for the original item(s).
How long do I have to make a return or exchange?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Can I send back items from different orders?
Absolutely! To save time and shipping costs, you may return multiple items in one shipment.
Just make sure to include the corresponding order numbers for reference. You can:

Write all order numbers on a piece of paper and include it in the package.
How do I get a Return Label?
Customers are responsible for creating and paying for their own shipping labels.

What if my package was refused or was undeliverable?
We’re here to help! If your order was returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt or refusal, please contact our Customer Service team at shop.ultrapink@gmail.com for assistance with reshipping or cancellation.
Can I exchange more than once on an order?
Yes! You can make multiple exchanges on an order. Please note that shipping costs apply for each return and exchange.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Please allow 3–5 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse.
We’ll send you a confirmation email once your refund has been issued — we won’t leave you hanging!
