We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 1. Customers could request a return directly through our online store. Customers sign in to their customer account using their email and a verification code (no password needed), then they can request returns for fulfilled or partially fulfilled orders by selecting items, choosing a return reason, and submitting the request. We then receive an email notification to approve or decline the request, and if approved, we can send customers shipping instructions and return labels.

What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
- We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
- Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner intact. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.
- Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
- Original shipping is non-refundable.
How do I make a return?
To return your item(s), follow the steps below:
On the order page, you will see a “Request Return” or “Exchange Item” button.
-Click Request
-Select the item(s) you want to send back.
-Choose a reason (e.g., “Too small”, “Wrong color”, etc.).
-In the comments, specify what you’d like instead (e.g., “Please exchange for a size L in the same color”)

You can return your item(s) using the postal service of your choice. All we ask is that you include a copy of the order along with your return.

How do I make an exchange?

2. Our customer service representatives will create a new order for the new item you would like to receive in exchange. You are charged for the cost of the merchandise and shipping.
3. Return the item(s) you would like to exchange by following the next steps.
4. Sign in to your account, then select My Orders from the My Account dropdown.
5. Scroll down to locate the order that contains the item(s) you wish to return. Follow the prompts to initiate your return.
6. Print out your Return form or write your order number on a slip of paper and include it in your return package.
7. Send back your return item(s) using an insured postal carrier to:

No waiting! Your new items will be processed and shipped out promptly after contacting customer service. When your return is received and processed, we'll email you a refund notification.
Do I have to pay for my new exchange now?
To make exchanges fast and easy, you can email us regarding your order with a detailed description that includes your order #, the item you received, and the item you want to exchange for. When we generate the exchange label, you will be responsible for the shipping fees. We may cover the shipping fees depending on circumstances. If there is a price difference with your exchange, you will either be charged or refunded the difference to your original payment method.
How long do I have to make a return or exchange?
Returns & exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Can I send back items from different orders?
Absolutely! To save on time and shipping customers could return multiple items within one return. We just ask that you include the corresponding order numbers for reference. You can do this by including the Return Form for each item in your package, or by simply writing the order numbers down on a piece of paper and including it in your package!
How do I get a Return Label?
Once you initiate your online return, you will be prompted to print a UPS or USPS Return Label. You can also print a Return Label by signing into your ULTRA PINK account. In your Order History, click on your return order. Once on your order page, scroll down and click the Show Return History button to find a Print Return Label button.
Our prepaid return labels are only for use in the United States. International returns are responsible for return shipping. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. If return labels are used outside of the United States, they will incur additional charges that will be the responsibility of the sender in addition to the shipping label.
What if my package was refused or was undeliverable?
We want to sort out any issues with your order right away! If you would like to reship or cancel an order that has been returned to us, please contact our Customer Service team at shop.ultrapink@gmail.com for assistance.
Can I exchange more than once on an order?
Yes! You are responsible for all shipping costs unless it is a special case, then you email our team, and they will.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. We won't leave you hanging!
