SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all U.S. domestic orders. We do not offer free shipping for international orders or to certain U.S. states and territories (see details below).
Do you offer Free Return Shipping?
At ULTRA PINK, returns are easy! However, we do not offer free return shipping for domestic or international orders.

What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

We accept returns postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as online store credit. Refunds cannot be issued to alternate cards or payment methods.

Items must be returned in their original condition:

Packaged in the original polybag

Include the product hangtag showing the item price and style number

Unworn, unwashed, with hygienic liners (if applicable) intact

Items with signs of wear, makeup, animal hair, deodorant, perfume, or stains may be refused.

International orders are final sale. We do not accept returns from:

Countries outside the United States

U.S. states/territories: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, and American Samoa
