SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all U.S. domestic orders. We do not offer free shipping for international orders or to certain U.S. states and territories (see details below).

Do you offer Free Return Shipping?

At ULTRA PINK, returns are easy! However, we do not offer free return shipping for domestic or international orders.
To submit your return request, click here. After submitting your request, we will send you an email with instructions to begin your return and guide you through the next steps.

What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

  • We accept returns postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as online store credit. Refunds cannot be issued to alternate cards or payment methods.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition:

    • Packaged in the original polybag

    • Include the product hangtag showing the item price and style number

    • Unworn, unwashed, with hygienic liners (if applicable) intact

    • Items with signs of wear, makeup, animal hair, deodorant, perfume, or stains may be refused.

  • International orders are final sale. We do not accept returns from:

    • Countries outside the United States

    • U.S. states/territories: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, and American Samoa

  • Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

How do I make a return?

To return your item(s), follow these steps:

  1. Click here to begin your return request.

You may return your item(s) using any postal service of your choice. Please include a copy of your order in the package.

We recommend using insured shipping and keeping your receipt until your return is processed.
ULTRAPINK.com is not responsible for lost, damaged, or missing packages in transit.

How do I make an exchange?

  1. Email us at shop.ultrapink@gmail.com regarding your order.

  2. Our customer service team will assist you with the exchange process. You will be charged for the new item(s) and shipping.

  3. Return the item(s) you want to exchange by following the return steps above.

  4. Sign in to your account, then select My Orders from the My Account dropdown.

  5. Locate the order containing the item(s) you wish to return and follow the prompts to initiate your return.

  6. Print your Return Form or write your order number on a slip of paper and include it in your return package.

  7. Send back your return using an insured postal carrier to:

We recommend using insured shipping and saving your shipping receipts. ULTRAPINK.com is not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or missing in transit.

No waiting! Your new items will be shipped promptly after you contact customer service. Once we receive and process your return, we’ll email you a refund notification.

Do I have to pay for my new exchange now?

Yes. To make exchanges fast and easy, you can email us at shop.ultrapink@gmail.com or click here to navigate your order and choose the item you’d like to receive.
Once your exchange order is created, you’ll be asked to provide a payment method. After payment is made, your order will be processed and shipped.
When we receive your return, you will be refunded for the original item(s).

How long do I have to make a return or exchange?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Can I send back items from different orders?

Absolutely! To save time and shipping costs, you may return multiple items in one shipment.
Just make sure to include the corresponding order numbers for reference. You can:

  • Include a Return Form for each item, or

  • Write all order numbers on a piece of paper and include it in the package.

How do I get a Return Label?

Customers are responsible for creating and paying for their own shipping labels.

What if my package was refused or was undeliverable?

We’re here to help! If your order was returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt or refusal, please contact our Customer Service team at shop.ultrapink@gmail.com for assistance with reshipping or cancellation.

Can I exchange more than once on an order?

Yes! You can make multiple exchanges on an order. Please note that shipping costs apply for each return and exchange.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Please allow 3–5 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse.
We’ll send you a confirmation email once your refund has been issued — we won’t leave you hanging!
